Click “Start”
Click “Run”
Copy and Paste the following command into the “Open” text input field:
regsvr32 /u "c:\program files\common files\microsoft shared\dao\dao360.dll"

You should receive a message saying “DllUnregisterServer in … succeeded.” on which you can click “OK”.
Repeat steps 1 through 5 using the following command for step 3:

That’s it… the system should no longer prompt for “DAO.msi”

How big is the typical Data A?
That is a difficult question because we all have different sleep patterns but typically on a full night's sleep you can expect to see a Data A in the 20-40 minute range. It is important to remember regardless of your starting Data A value, if you can expand the Data A with good lifestyle choices you are getting more restful sleep.
My Sleeptracker is not recording any events while I sleep.
Please try a test. Set the alarm for 1 hour in the future with a 20 minute window. Set the To Bed time 10 minutes into the future. Wear the unit in your normal day. It should record events every 8 minutes if you are awake and moving around in your daily routine and it should go off at the start of the alarm window. If your unit fails this test, please e-mail us at info@sleeptracker.com.
I am getting an unspecified error when I try to connect my watch to my PC?
Please completely uninstall the software from your PC and download the newest software. This will correct the problem. If it does not, please e-mail us at info@sleeptracker.com.
I am getting the message "Sleeptracker not found" when I try to connect my watch to my PC.
While the program is open, disconnect the cable from your PC and reconnect it. Does your PC recognize the USB cable when reattached? If no, please e-mail us at info@sleeptracker.com. If yes, make sure the watch is on the DATA screen and connect it to the USB cable. We have found turning the watch over so the screen faced down sometimes helps make a good connection with the USB cable as it allows a better view of the port. The watch and USB cable will marry up tightly when properly connected. Once you are confident the unit is connected snugly, click the Add Sleep Event button on the software. If this does not correct the problem, please e-mail us at info@sleeptracker.com.
Does Sleeptracker work with a MAC?
Sleeptracker currently does not support the MAC platform, we expect it to be available in early Feb 2010 or sooner. Sorry to not be able to deliver to you today. If you would like to be added to the list of people to contact when it is available please email us at info@sleeptracker.com
How loud is the alarm?
Most people think they need a loud alarm but they only need it to be loud because they are being woken up at the wrong time by their normal alarm clock. It takes very little stimuli to wake a person at the optimal time so the Sleeptracker alarm is not terribly loud. On the Sleeptracker Pro there is also a vibrating alarm feature.
Do I have to wear Sleeptracker all the time or can I just wear it at night?
Sleeptracker needs only to be worn at night to be effective.
What is the correct way to connect the USB cable to the Sleeptracker Pro?
When you connect the USB clamp to the three connect points on the back plate of the watch, the USB clamp will attach at an angle (not at an exact "T" or exact 90 degree angle.) Please make sure all three prongs on the clamp are fully "clicked in" to the three contact points. To ensure this, make sure the prongs are in place first before letting go of the clamp. Please refer to the images below for further clarification.
