Reset your Sleeptracker® processor

Tip: Having trouble with your Sleeptracker® processor? Restart your processor first to see if it resolves your problem. To restart your Sleeptracker® processor, unplug the power adapter from the back of the device or from the wall outlet. Then, plug the power adapter back in.

To reset your Sleeptracker® processor:

  1. Using a paperclip, press and hold the reset button until the LED shows a solid red light, then release. The reset button is located on the end of the Sleeptracker® Processor on the same end as the LED light.
  2. After you press and hold the Reset button, your Sleeptracker® processor will reboot - this process will take about 90 seconds.
  3. Open the Sleeptracker app select Menu > Pair with a Monitor and follow the in-app instructions.
